B.E/B.Tech/MBA Graduate with a high technical bent of mind to understand Network Video Security Products technologies. The position is responsible for providing support to the sales team of Network Surveillance Camera on aspects like- creating tech solutions, demonstration to customers, training, site surveys, demonstrating technical solutions to customers, and creating technical documentation. Proven experience in the implementation of projects on Surveillance and products like Video Management Software, Surveillance Cameras, Access Controls, BMS, etc. Meet with potential clients to determine technical/business requirements and share all necessary information as needed. Provide Technical solutions/demos & POC in a professional manner to potential customers. Meeting with Contractors/Consultants /Architects for prospecting. Deliver training on solutions/products and provide product support to channel partners and internal stakeholders. Create internal design configuration, documentation including network diagrams with technical explanations. Create and confidently deliver sales presentations internally and externally. Understand business drivers at the customer end and make proposals accordingly. Work with Product Management to give feedback on issues with current products and provide input around new products. Provide accurate and timely management information, including – activity reports, bid reviews project forecasts, etc. Perform technical development for bespoke solutions as part of a design and development framework. Adhere to the Company’s Quality and Business Processes.
