To provide training on Printers and share competitive advantages with Employees as well as Chanel Partners. This would be done in a classroom setting and virtual setting using technology tools. The training should be sales-oriented with marketing insights to make the product knowledge applicable to relevant markets and verticals. Encourage team and sales staff to make use of the online and mobile learning solutions. Facilitate directly or work with external agencies to build relevant functional programs to support business needs. Design learning interventions and journeys which include instructional design manuals, job aids, videos, assessments, and other tools. Continuous upgradation of training tools and methodologies to support various learning needs. Structured visits and study of the marketplace and competition sales point to make the learning content and design relevant, topical, and application oriented. Ensure queries of sales teams on products are managed in a timely way over online call logs or offline. Collaborate with regional sales and product marketing teams to contribute to the development and expansion of B2B business. Thorough assessment of customer’s requirements, and challenges and recommend products and solutions from PSD portfolio. Address specific challenges or issues related to product performance, user experience, or market positioning. Identify trends, competition, and opportunities and provide management insights to shape product/marketing strategies. Understand business performance and utilize the understanding to have dialogues with concerned stakeholders on unearthing the learning need. Create a training plan for the region and appropriately communicate the same to stakeholders. Link learning needs to business needs, define measures and methods of success, and implement necessary steps to check the transfer of learning and impact on the business results as per the organization’s internal framework. Have monthly formal meetings with stakeholders to dialogue on the impact and take appropriate corrective actions. Engage managers and participants before the program to create interest and accountability for learning transfer. As digital technologies gain focus, the incumbent is expected to support conceptualizing, creating, and leading projects related to technology learning aids. Develop clear tangible business objectives and learning objectives before the start of any learning intervention, with a clear definition of how the measure of success would be. Develop various assessment tools based on the Kirk Patrick model and 6D model to understand knowledge transfer, application, and ROI. Analyze data and trendlines to understand the business impact
