Role & responsibilities
Manage key accounts for production printers, focusing on account management, market development, and channel management. Develop innovative strategies to penetrate new markets and increase sales revenue. Build strong customer relationships through effective communication and lead-generation efforts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve product offerings. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions. To Develop a client base and drive Sales of Production Printers focusing on corporations, Government, Jobbers, Advertising Agencies, Commercial Segments, and Off-set Printers. Assessing Creditworthiness of Account and assessing Installation and Delivery viability. Account penetration through product demonstrations. Identification, and selection of partners in allocated territory as per Organization specification and business plan. Responsible for Chanel’s health, productivity, attrition, growth, and compliance. Assessing the customer’s expectations and their work & documentation flows. Retaining the Organization’s existing customer and ensuring their satisfaction. Maintain good relations with stakeholders in the commercial market. Analyze the latest market trends and remain updated about competition products. Plan marketing programs at the regional level for partners like- road shows, channel meets, exhibitions, & campaigns. Executing the marketing programs as per plan and budget. Closely work with the Service Division, Legal and Finance Division & Logistics for timely closure and delivery of orders. Reporting of Monthly plans and targets achieved. Preparing sales plan for planning and actual business results. Has brought about a change in existing processes/policies or new ideas that have/will improve processes/policies to create organizational value. Demonstrated the ability to communicate effectively. Achieve better than expectations within timelines by continuous improvement and close check on gaps in reaching extended goals and results for better organizational results. Create valuable professional relationships to delight customers by communicating effectively, perceiving customer needs, and making efforts for continuous improvement through feedback
