The Branch Business Manager – IT Products is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing branch-level operations, developing key customer relationships, and leading the sales of IT products and enterprise solutions. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, and ensuring high customer satisfaction while managing a branch sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Business & Sales ManagementDrive branch revenue and profitability for IT products and solutions. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Identify new business opportunities in SMB, enterprise, and government sectors. Develop and execute branch-level sales and marketing strategies. Manage key accounts and strategic customers. Understand customer business, assess business potential, and manage customer complaints and deal closure. Maintain a healthy pipeline of validated prospects.

Team Management:

Lead, mentor, and motivate the branch sales and support team. Set individual targets and monitor team performance.  Distribution of accounts/territory to sales team for maximum efficiency.  Conduct regular reviews, training, and performance feedback. Build a high-performance sales culture. Ensure each team member performs as per their task plan, maintains, and grows the business.  Act as a mentor to new hires.

Customer Relationship Management

Maintain strong relationships with customers and partners. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Handle escalations, negotiations, and large deal closures. Ensure timely delivery, invoicing, and post-sales support coordination. Manage customer visits and document challenges, feedback, and opportunities. Discuss with RMs issues that need to be taken up for work practice/ process changes. Cross-functional engagement and maintain strong interpersonal skills .

Operations & Reporting

Manage branch operations in coordination with finance, logistics, and service teams. Monitor pipeline, forecasting, and MIS reporting. Ensure compliance with company policies and processes. Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
