Job Description / Responsibilities:

MBA Finance or CA with 10 to12 years of work Experience in budgeting and analysis of various aspects of Sales. Technical skills in Hyperion Planning System/Financial management , budgeting, opex analysis, reporting and stock analysis. Apply the Hyperion tool for planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Review presentation of P&L and Balance Sheet comparison. Prepare BI MIS Dashboard. Amending data forms and creating System rule for accounts to view consolidated data automatically. Setting dimensions for actual month reporting and allocations for actual reporting. Maintain Cash flow preparation and inventory management. Competency to create best practices correlating various organizational aspects with a far-sight to identify possible opportunities leading to market leadership. Ability to initiate change, and extensively cover the scope and challenges to create consistent long-term organizational value. Innovative & Creative to assess multi-functional aspects and indicate the prospective range of ideas/options for improvement by continuous questioning and experimentation. Encourages and influences the culture of innovation within inter and intra teams to create alternate strategies with minimized conflicts. Understands which competencies if developed will lead to organization’s next level of growth. Initiates & promotes development initiatives that have wide scale and long-term impact.
