B.Tech/B.Sc  (CS)/MBA with 10 + years of work experience in Presales in Software Solutions with the following Technical skills:  Infrastructure – Proficient in server management, virtualization, Active Directory (AD) and Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), DNS, DHCP, and web server management. Possesses basic networking skills for troubleshooting and configuration.  Database – Hands-on experience with MSSQL and Oracle database management, including configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting. Cloud –  Familiar with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS), with practical experience in deployment, management, and scaling of cloud resources. Scripting – Competent in scripting with VB.Net and/or JavaScript, with the ability to automate tasks and enhance system efficiency. API – Skilled in developing Web APIs and/or REST APIs, ensuring smooth integration and communication. Collaborate with the sales team to effectively position products and solutions to meet customer requirements and drive sales. Conduct detailed assessments of customer needs and design tailored solutions that address specific business challenges. Install, configure, and deliver Proof of Concepts (PoC) and product demonstrations that align with customer expectations and requirements. Develop clear and comprehensive documentation, including architecture diagrams, Statements of Work (SOW), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs). Oversee the installation and configuration of software solutions; provide ongoing support, training, and troubleshooting for both presales and production environments. Deliver in-depth technical presentations and product demonstrations to both internal and external stakeholders. Regularly update and report on the solution funnel, pipeline, and sales forecasts to provide visibility into current opportunities and future projections. Be flexible to travel as needed and work outside of regular office hours to meet customer demands or project deadlines. Work closely with other internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience. Gather customer feedback post-implementation and work with the team to resolve any issues or improvements needed. Stay up-to-date with the latest Canon products, technologies, and industry trends to provide cutting-edge solutions and advice to customers. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle and beyond. Assist in crafting high-level solution designs during the presales phase, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with customer needs. Actively contribute to meeting or exceeding the business targets and objectives for solution sales, ensuring that solutions are aligned with overall company goals and customer success.
